Nursing and Rehab Center Visitation

Visitation for admissions who come into the center on isolation precautions will be offered closed window visits during the initial 14 day isolation period.  The admissions team will arrange the first window visit prior to admission or within the first 24 hours of admission. Social services will then assist in arranging 2 weeks of window visitation for you or your loved one. Windows should be left closed to allow a safe visitation while following Dept of Health and CDC guidance and regulations. The residents’ privacy, safety and rights continue to be priority here at Attleboro Nursing Center.   If a resident or family has a request pertaining to visitation please speak to Social Services so we can review and accommodate.

Recreation and Social Services will assist residents and families for visitation in the solarium. When your loved one is green meaning no isolation precautions they will be provided opportunities for visitation by following Dept of Health and CDC guidance.

Our corporate and community staff have worked closely to develop plans to help prevent the spread of the virus.  Plans are individualized as needed for Independent Living, Personal Care and Skilled Nursing but all consistent with guidelines from the CDC.

  • No visitors with exception of compassionate visit at end of life in our skilled nursing and Personal Care buildings
  • No Visitors with exception of those needed to provide medical/ADL services to Independent living
  • All communal dining and group activities canceled
  • All residents wearing masks when out of room or apartment
  • All staff/visitors/vendors wearing masks at all times in community
  • Staff wearing mask, gloves and shield/goggles when in room or apartment
  • Transportation provided for those medical appointment deemed essential
  • Resident’s vital signs monitored 1-3 times daily in skilled nursing and Personal Care
  • Education and monitoring provided in Independent Living
  • All mail and packages and mail delivered after 24 hr. hold
  • All staff screened 2x daily. All other visitors, vendors etc. screened upon entry
  • Staff are required to report any symptoms to their supervisor. Information is tracked and employees are prohibited from working until cleared by physician
  • Our dedicated staff is working tirelessly to provide care and service to our resident in all our building. Staff at our home office is working 24/7 to secure personal protective equipment and sanitizing agents to ensure the safety for all.
